Food & Beverage Capabilities

Food-Grade Ambient Storage

Ambient storage designed for dry food and beverage products, supported by documented sanitation, pest control, and handling procedures appropriate for food-grade operations.

Lot & Expiry Date Tracking

Lot and expiry data are captured at receipt and managed through FIFO or FEFO rules based on product and customer requirements, supporting traceability, recalls, and proper stock rotation.

Food-Grade Transportation

Food-grade monitored shipping methods with a documented chain of custody from port to final delivery.

Container Destuffing & Receiving

We handle both floor-loaded and palletized containers with precision receiving processes. Containers are unloaded, counted, and inspected, with accurate capture of SKU, lot number, and expiry date. Inventory is entered into the WMS during receiving, making product available to allocate and ship immediately after completion.

Cross-Docking & Transloading

Time-sensitive food shipments can be cross-docked directly from inbound containers to outbound transportation to reduce storage time and accelerate distribution.

Inventory Visibility & Reporting

Real-time inventory visibility through our WMS provides lot-level detail, expiry status, and transaction history, supporting accurate planning and compliance reporting.

1

Product & Requirements Review

Share your product details, packaging specifications, and handling requirements with our team. We review shelf life, storage conditions, and any regulatory considerations to ensure proper handling from day one.

2

Storage & Handling Setup

Based on your product profile, we assign the appropriate storage within our ambient facility, with proper segregation for allergens and sensitive products, and handling procedures aligned with HACCP-certified food safety standards to maintain product integrity.

3

Documentation Setup

We establish your SDS files in our management system, set up inventory tracking, and prepare all compliance documentation. This creates a complete paper trail from day one.

4

Receiving & Put-Away

Our team receives your shipments, performs quantity and condition checks, and records lot and expiry details where applicable. Pallets are built according to TI-HI configurations with correct package orientation to ensure stability and product integrity. Each pallet is barcoded and scanned into our system to ensure full traceability and minimize handling errors before being placed into designated storage locations with real-time system updates.

5

Ongoing Management

We provide continuous inventory control, reporting, and support, including replenishment, returns handling, and recall readiness. You maintain visibility through regular updates and system access.

6

Order Fulfillment & Distribution

We pick, pack, and stage orders according to your requirements, whether for retail, wholesale, or eCommerce channels. Our team coordinates outbound shipping to ensure timely and accurate delivery.

Container Integrity Inspection for Canned & Pouched Products

For canned and pouched food products, product integrity is critical from production through to final delivery and even minor packaging damage can lead to retailer rejection, chargebacks, or product loss. To support this, we offer a structured Container Integrity Inspection process as part of our inbound handling.
Containers are transported directly from the manufacturing facility to our warehouse, maintaining chain of custody and minimizing handling risks. Upon arrival, our team performs a detailed visual inspection of all cans and pouches to assess overall condition, including signs of damage, deformation, leakage, or compromised packaging.

Each inspection is documented in a formal report, which is shared with the customer for record-keeping and compliance purposes. This process is completed for every new production batch, providing consistency and traceability across shipments.
Products that meet quality standards are relabeled as required and returned to available inventory for distribution. If any irregularities or defects are identified, samples are isolated and sent to the customer for further evaluation and quality review.
This process helps ensure that only compliant, high-quality products enter your distribution network, reducing the risk of downstream issues with retailers and end customers.
This process aligns with retailer and distributor quality expectations, including major national accounts.

Why it matters:

  • Reduces risk of retailer rejection and chargebacks
  • Supports batch-level traceability and compliance
  • Adds an additional quality checkpoint before distribution
